Natalie graduated from Stevenson University with a degree in Biology and minor in Environmental Science. Following her bachelor's, she continued her education and received her master's in Leadership and Management with Certificates in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Notre Dame of Maryland University. She previously worked for the Arundel Rivers Federation, assisting with the analysis of watershed issues, hands-on restoration and adaptive management of both watershed and habitat functions of the South River Watershed. Most recently, Natalie worked with Howard County Recreation and Parks at the Robinson Nature Center, leading conservation stewardship opportunities for volunteers and working as a recreation and community liaison. With her professional background, as well as many years of parochial education, Natalie brings a unique perspective on the intersection of faith and environment. In her free time, Natalie loves to travel, go hiking, biking and running; as well as cozy up with a good book and the company of animals.
