Earth Month

Every Month!

IPC is kicking off earth month in the best way possible -- by choosing to make "Every Month Earth Month!"

Celebrate earth month by supporting IPC with a monthly gift every month and sustain the work we do year-round. We are challenging you to become a monthly donor and help us reach our goal of adding $150 in monthly donations by April 30th!

This month, we also want to showcase some of our current monthly donors who have helped IPC sustain their mission and ignite the power of faith communities across the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, like Bill and Angela Breakey.

Bill is one of our founding board members and really helped shaped the vision of IPC. He also served as Executive Director for a spell as the organization was becoming official. He served on the board until 2015 and then continued to serve on committees such as the Advocacy Committee and Program Committee. He has been a long-time supporter of IPC and then he and his wife, Angela, became monthly donors in 2020. A member of Maryland Presbyterian Church, one of our Partner Congregations that has signed the pledge, Bill has helped build their green team and support projects at their church such the large bioretention project, tree plantings, composting, recycling, and even beekeeping!

"Protecting the land and waters is urgent work and begins in our own backyards with our faith communities. We give monthly to support IPC because automatic donations every month are easier for us than making one large gift at the end of the year."
~Bill & Angela Breakey

Join Bill and Angela in becoming a sustaining donor of IPC and "Make Every Month Earth Month." We need just 10 donors to sign up to give $10-$20 monthly to reach our goal!

As always, we are deeply humbled by your support. We simply couldn't do it without you. By supporting IPC, you will make a difference in your community and in our shared watershed. Thank you!
