In the season of harvesting crops and garden produce, we will learn about best practices for using sustainable and regenerative agriculture and composting in your garden, your home and beyond! Register here for this Learning Lab.

Growing and sharing local food supports a healthier environment and people along with addressing food insecurity.

We'll hear from these two guest speakers:

Dena Liebman is Executive Director of Future Harvest and co-owner of ZigBone Farm Retreat, a naturally built retreat and event space on a 100-acre sheep and goat farm in Maryland's Catoctin Mountains. She will speak about what sustainable food systems are and how we can participate in them.

Mckay Jenkins, IPC Board Member, Professor of English, Journalism and  Environmental Humanities at the University of Delaware, and member of Brown Memorial Presbyterian Church. He will share about the joint project of his church and the University: Rockrose City Farm (Woodberry Community, Baltimore).

Join us as we learn about how food is grown to support healthy land, waters and communities!

These webinars are designed to supplement the core Faithful Green Leaders Training, but everyone is welcome to participate.
