Special Guest Speakers:
Pastor Steve Verkouw - Pastor Steve Verkouw has served as the head of the Grace Lutheran Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania since 1995. In this capacity, Pastor Verkouw founded the Lancaster Housing and Neighborhood Development Services (LHANDS) in 1999. He currently directs the LHANDS non-profit housing corporation which serves low to moderate income residents, and has six properties with 12 rental units. Pastor Verkouw received his Doctor of Ministry degree at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Master of Divinity degree at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania.
