Luis is a Washington D.C. native who has always enjoyed being near water and is excited to have relocated near the Baltimore City Harbor. Luis has a BA in Business Administration and is passionate about community work and playing a role within projects that provoke meaningful change. He has a background in development work at non-profits and most recently worked at an immigration law firm. His favorite pastimes are striking a tune on his guitar and spending quality time with family and friends. He is also a cat-dad to four wonderful kitties. Luis is elated to join IPC as Outreach Assistant and for the opportunity to collaborate with diverse congregations.
