Pursuing a doctorate in social research at Omega Graduate School, complemented by intensive learning in System Thinking at Cornell University.
Holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management and human resource management, along with a Master of Science in strategic communications from Arkansas State University.
Continuous learner with certifications in paralegal studies, mental health, personal training, and nutrition.

Appointed by Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson to the Coalition for Juvenile Justice, serving as the board vice-chair in 2021.
Active participant in the Maryland State Advisory Group (SAG) following my relocation, contributing to juvenile justice reforms.
Appointed by Maryland Governor Wes Moore-Miller to the Citizens Review Board for Children in 2023, working towards systemic reforms for the Maryland Department of Social Services.
