Explore the Strathmore with IPC Sunday September 7th from 10 AM-12 PM!

IPC and Rock Creek Conservancy will lead you on a tour of this urban oasis. This interfaith event will reflect on nature and importance of caring for Creation. Wonderful for the whole family this is the perfect fall outing to get outside and appreciate one of the many tributaries of the Potomac!

Meeting in the parking lot before walking over to the mansion at Strathmore located at 5301 Tuckerman Lane in North Bethesda where we will be taking a look at some incredible new stormwater management practices to address the increased flooding concerns. 

We encourage you to bring refillable water bottles for the walk and a bag lunch for an optional meaningful time to bond over food after our walk. *Rain date held for September 14 at the same time in case of unfavorable weather.
