• A born and raised Marylander, Cathleen was immersed in passion for the Chesapeake Bay watershed at a young age. In pursuit of learning how to care for her beloved watershed, she attended forest ranger school in New York, served in AmeriCorps VISTA in Colorado, worked as a Maryland park ranger, and is Certified in Volunteer Administration.
  • At the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay in Pennsylvania, she coordinates projects focused on capacity building, community collaboration, and volunteer resources. Her role is a great combination of her background in environmental science, her extroverted personality, and her knack for inbox organization.
  • Cathleen lives in York, PA with her husband and menagerie of pets and houseplants. She's always enthusiastic to talk about whatever book she's actively reading.
