Celebrate Earth Day with the Green Team of Saint Demetrios! Maryland Forest Service staff will present a program on trees for the entire family. They will be giving away trees with planting information and advice. Enjoy crafts and activities for families with children of all ages. Activities begin at 9:30 am; 10-11 am Forest Service presentation; 11:15 Tree planting ceremony. After the Green Team events, visit the Greek food offerings inside the Hermes Rafailides Hall and enjoy the Spring Fling craft fair, sponsored by the philanthropic organization, the Ladies Philoptochos Society, 9-3 pm.
