EVENT DETAILS
Date: Saturday, October 8, 2022 (10 am – 1 pm). Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in. This event is rain or shine.
Location: Loch Raven Skeet and Trap Center (12301 Dulaney Valley Rd, Phoenix, MD 21131) Starting from Dulaney Valley Rd, go North. Follow Dulaney Valley Rd for 5 miles and then keep right to continue on Dulaney Valley Rd. Destination will be on your right in about 1 mile. Follow GVC event signs back to parking.
What to bring: Remember to wear boots, pants, long sleeve shirt, hat, gloves, and bring rain gear. Each volunteer will need to bring their own labeled water bottle. Water jugs for refill and packaged snack bars will be provided.

A maximum of 40 people, including GVC staff and volunteer leaders, will be allowed to participate in this event. We are allowing minors (ages 8 – 17) to attend our events as long as there is one parent/legal guardian per four children in attendance. Adults must sign COVID-19 waiver form. Note: Participants are not required to wear face masks during this event at this time.
