Through IPC, we received a cistern which helps immensely with runoff from our roof and provides water through the summer to our gardens and Memorial Grove. With the assistance of IPC, we received a rain garden through the county's stormwater management agency. We were honored to have Jodi come to the dedication of the rain garden, and Kolya to attend the "opening " of the cistern. 

During the pandemic we have been hosting a series of Zoom events in partnership with the Greenbelt City Green Team.

When the church is open we have in place several environmentally aware practices regarding recycling, materials that may be purchased, and care of our buildings and grounds.
