As a "Creation Care Covenant Congregation," Faith Lutheran Church acknowledges our responsibility to care for Mother Earth, and every living thing in God’s wonderful creation. Faith is one of three congregations on "Sherwood Hill" within the Loch Raven watershed. Our three churches co-sponsored the viewing and discussion of the "Story of Plastic" documentary in October 2020, and recently benefited from an IPC-coordinated Water Audit by the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy.
Our Green Team is planning a "Plant-a-Tree" campaign beginning early April through early November. Faith is grateful for IPC's training and support!
