Join us for Christ Church, Rock Spring's Earth Day Celebration on Sunday, April 27 starting at 9:45AM!

The day will begin in their historic church sanctuary. Led by The Rev. Kirk Kubicek and the Christ Church Worship Team, the Holy Eucharist service, beginning at 9:45 AM, will feature an uplifting Creation Care theme.
After church, we will gather in the Parish Hall (approx. 11:30 AM) for refreshments and Earth Day activities, planned in coordination with Harford County Watershed Stewards. We'll learn of the Rock Spring Keeper's endeavors, the Conservation Landscape project now underway by the Master Watershed Steward Capstone team, and the partner organizations who have made these environmental efforts possible.
Activities will include rain barrel information & set up demonstration, as well as opportunities to visit the Monarch Way Station, installed this past fall by the RSK, along with the source of THE Rock Spring, which bubbles up from the earth in our beautiful woods.
We'll also draw the names of the lucky winners of RSK's fundraising "Going Green" raffle basket AND Makita brushless, cordless self-propelled lawnmower - entry tickets will be available that day prior to the drawing.
Please RSVP by April 13th by emailing or calling Melinda Chase - [email protected] , 443-866-1134
