Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake secured a 3-year grant in 2018, which will include enhanced engagement of the faith community in the Anne Arundel County area. The Waterhsed Stewards Academy will be a part of the regional One Water Partnership through 2021. “One of the really unique things about faith communities is that they already often have a lot of organizational infrastructure and they have people who are often passionate about service,” says Noelle Chao of the Academy.
