Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation is located in Bethesda, Maryland and diving into stewardship of the Chesapeake Bay. Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation is a community where love works, together exploring the eternal, nurturing community, and building a more just world. Together, they dare to embody beloved community. 

Their stewardship initiatives, led by their Environmental Justice Ministry Team, include two annual Earth-centered worships, green events at church avoiding the use of plastic or throw-away items, advocacy statewide and locally, and participation in other relevant groups. Additionally, Cedar Lane Unitarian Universalist Congregation has on-site composting and an ecosystems study group!
