Volunteering with Interfaith Partners for the Chesapeake

Can you volunteer for us? Together, our work will have greater impact!

I am Clergy

I represent an environmental group wishing to connect with the faith community

Spanish Speaking - help with translating flyers and presentations in Spanish and speak on behalf of IPC to spanish-speaking audiences

Advocacy Work – write letters to local and state officials, represent IPC on specific issues (we will train you!), organize written letters from your congregation on a specific issue, attend a rally

Outreach - Staff the IPC booth at events in your community and help us draw more leaders into the movement. Or, recruit congregations in your area to engage in stewardship - we can provide you with printed materials and talking points.

Social Media - Reach more people by helping us craft snappy social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Can work easily from home.

Volunteer Coordination - be a team leader and help us coordinate/recruit volunteers

Database and Website support - General administrative help with our database and website - we will train you! You can work from home, or come to our Annapolis office and work on our computer.

Photography/Videography - use your love for photography or videography to document how the faith community is turning the tide in the Chesapeake Watershed

Volunteer Speaker-present a talk or sermon on IPC's behalf to congregation or community group. IPC will help prepare you.

Board committees - use your professional skills on one of our Board committees: Communications, Fundraising, Programs
