Learn about IPC's launch of our Green Leaders Volunteer Mentorship Program to assist faithful green leaders to bring their action ideas to  fruition! Why this program?  

• We know that effective green teams make a difference! Active green teams take action on Creation care. 
• Experienced green team leaders can share their knowledge about how to get things done and where to find resources to make them happen.
• Connecting people from various congregations strengthens the movement to heal and restore the land and waters of our shared watershed, the Chesapeake Bay.

Our main presenter is IPC's Volunteer Coordinator, Peter Hoogstraten, who will offer an orientation to the program. Some of the mentors will share how they are equipped to provide you with support, guidance and encouragement to make your dreams a reality.  

You'll also learn how to connect with others in your region to successfully organize events using the Skills Matrix which will assist you with planning and executing your program or project.
